The Illovo Boulevard Management District (IBMD) is a precinct management initiative focused on protecting and improving the public environment in Illovo, Johannesburg. IBMD supports a safer, cleaner, better-managed precinct through coordinated services and shared investment by members.
About the Illovo Boulevard Management District
IBMD manages the district within the area bounded by Fricker Road, Melville Road, Harries Road, and Bompas Road. The district operates through an owners association model, with a Board of Directors and a management team responsible for day to day delivery. The aim is to strengthen service delivery, support property values, and maintain an environment that works for businesses, tenants, visitors and residents.
